Mercy and Manna Counselling exist to nurture emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being by:

The sessions are online. In exceptional circumstances, in-person sessions could be arranged per request.
All information shared during counselling sessions will remain confidential. Exceptions only apply in the following cases:
- There is a risk of harm to self or others.
- Disclosure is required by law (e.g., child protection, court order).
No, pastoral counselling does not replace other disciplines. Clients will be referred to professionals in other disciplines such as medical, psychiatric, or psychology when it is considered necessary.
On the website there is a portal to make your booking online. Choose the platform (Zoom or Microsoft Teams). Once the date and time are selected, you will be guided to the checkout section. When the payment reflects in the Mercy and Manna Counselling bank account, an e-mail will be sent with the link to the online platform (Zoom or Microsoft Teams).
The booking schedule automatically displays all available dates and times, allowing clients to choose a slot that suits them.
Rescheduling a booking can be done once and should be requested no later than 24-hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations will be refunded minus the cost of a R100 administrative fee and will be processed within 7 (seven) working days.
