Mercy & Manna Counselling
Compassionate pastoral counselling for individuals and families navigating grief, illness, emotional burdens, and spiritual questions.
A Place of Mercy, Presence, and Hope
Mercy and Manna Counselling is founded on the biblical imagery of mercy (God’s gentle nearness in suffering) and manna (God’s daily provision in the wilderness). I embrace the belief that healing often comes in small, sustaining portions. The practice honours the truth that people do not need to walk their hardest journeys alone; they deserve presence, understanding, and hope that meets them one day at a time.

Mercy & Manna Counselling offers a structured counselling process designed to support individuals with compassion, clarity, and practical guidance.
Introductory Session
Entering a new environment where you need to open to a stranger could be very daunting. This is a once off session to determine how I can assist you, and to set the parameters for the forthcoming sessions.
Time: 20 min

Initial Counselling Session
The first counselling session will be a 60-minute session, since it might take a bit longer to getting acquainted with your needs. The aim in this initial session is twofold. It gives me the opportunity to get an understanding for the emotional place you find yourself at and explore the circumstances that led to this, while gaining your trust. At the end of the session the way forward will be discussed.

Successive Counselling Sessions
Depending on the previous session, future sessions may be scheduled to ensure the continuation of care and moving forward in your healing process. Subsequent sessions will be 50-minutes.
